Carlos Santoliquido

Gym Owner

Carlos Santoliquido, owner of Overload Gym, brings the best of over 15 years experience as a competitive powerlifter to personal training. Originally hailing from Argentina, he has competed nationally and internationally and is a 2018 USA Powerlifter National Champion. Carlos lives in Santa Fe with his wife Lydia and their children.

Mimosa Twocrow

Personal Trainer

Mimosa is a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach. She is passionate about the ageless development of stability & strength. She has experience & knowledge in the disciplines of both bodybuilding & powerlifting. 

 

Mimosa's training background will help you with gaining strength in your compound movements, build muscle mass, & intentional movement to get you feeling your best!

Amanda Lloyd

Personal Trainer

manda was introduced to strength training through Mark Rippetoe’s blue book, Starting Strength. She fell in love with strength training and in the process has made significant gains in her strength, and muscle composition. 

For the past three years Amanda has been competing in the sport of powerlifting. Amanda aspires to encourage women to take up space and be strong.

When Amanda isn’t at the gym she enjoys spending time outside in the sunshine, studying the biochemistry of the human body, and relaxing at home with her cat and dog.
 

Training specialties: strength training, progressive overload, meet prep, fat loss, and body re-composition.
